I was also in line and Yes Dominic came to let us know but wasn't rude and what can you expect has been doing it all day and cant be surprise. That it was done this long, other places do a couple of hours. And for the people that were in line waiting what would you expect a very popular thing. I say Dominic did what he was told to do if you what to complain tell the people hire th... read more

Visited with my partner and it was a decent experience. There were plenty of staff so the ordering process and order pickups were seamless. They don't have any interior tables but there are some outdoor tables that's shared with the plaza, very spacious inside and moderately clean as well. I had a really great experience at Dave's Hot Chicken! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the service made the experience even better. Manny B. , the shift lead, was super nice, welcoming, and helpful. He made sure everything was taken care of and had such a positive attitude. You can definitely tell he cares about the customers and the team. Great customer service overall. I'll definitely be coming back!

for some reason, it wasnt very good this time. chicken was slightly dry and the flavor and heat wasnt really doing what it was supposed to. also felt like this is way less than what we used to get to before. place was fairly clean though and staff were nice though and the order came out quickly but yeah taste wise we were disappointed
