I came here to order lunch with my kids and niece and nephew, there was a misunderstanding with the order and they got it wrong. Michele did everything to help and was very gracious and nice about the whole situation she even let us keep the extra food. Thanks so much for a lovely experience and excellent customer service. She made me feel taken care of. Will Definitely come again

This is one of the best fast food places I have ever been to. The chicken is so tasty along with the fries. I also love the fact that it is halal as I come from an Islamic ethnicity. The service also went very well. They were very helpful and went out of their way to provide support.

Just swung by Dave's Hot Chicken after being away for awhile, but the vibe is still the same. Was helped out by Iyrene, really good customer service and welcoming.
