TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Smells good, taste good and the 3 stars are for presentation of my sandwich. Daves sauce was so skimpy i I literally had to look close to find if there was a little bit on it. There were probably three pieces of cabbage and four pieces of lettuce and when I say pieces, I mean the size of a nickel I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble, but today's world spending money is a subject by itself. Everything was good, but it was weird to have one sandwich on buns and the other on a single piece of bread? I'll give it another shot in the future, but as a first timer it was weird.

Food was an amazing spicy chicken sandwich. The best I've ever had. After a couple visits I've decided the Very Hot level is best for me, the Reaper is no joke and nearly made me ill, and Hot was also good and maybe a bit more flavorful even. The bread for the tenders is mediocre - akin to wonderbread - and the fries were passable. Not much variety on the menu. WTF?! I was NOT expecting this place to be so delicious! It looks like a fast food strip-mall reject but I was feeling impulsive so I stopped by. The fumes from the pepper had me coughing but DANG that chicken was tasty, juicy and tender! I had far lower expectations and this place was DELICIOUS! I'd happily go again!
This ones a lot better than the la ones. Horrible experiences elsewhere but this one's actually good

Spicy chicken heaven! Dave's hits the spot for delicious flavor and incredible quality. The #2 with cheese is my go-to, it is mouthwatering. Go as spicy as you like, try the reaper, I dare ya!
Amazing food and staff!!! Definitely a must go!! I highly reccomend the #2 medium spice level.
Goooooood dope chicken! Nice employees and their spiciest sauce is really hot! Caution on that.
