the mac and cheese was disgusting. i got charged for some sauce packets, which i don't think is right. there is no where to sit. i am disappointed with this experience. i don't think i will return.

Hubby ordered a 10 pc. Dave's Bites with Mac instead of fries for me to grab on his way home from work. The small mac and cheese container wasn't even 1/3 of the way full, there were only 8 pieces instead of 10, and no pickles. He wrote them after getting their survey and there was no apology or offer to make it right. Just thanks for the feedback and basically oh well. I was really excited to try DHC but was thoroughly disappointed. The dry rub on the chicken was flavorless and the Mac and cheese was so cheap tasting. You have to drown the chicken in Dave's sauce for it to actually have some flavor. I hope that it gets better

The food is very good!!! But the only thing is that we live kinda far and we used to place our order online and it would be done by the time we got there. The website the last three times we tried to order from there has not worked, and when you call the number they have listed online it references you back to the website to order and says someone most likely is not going to answer the phone bc they tend to be busy . I'm from LA so I was excited to see Dave's out here- worst experience ever. All of the staff needs to be trained, there were two staff members in the kitchen prep area eating a shake with a spoon where they are prepping food for customers. I ordered fries no salt so they can make them fresh, long story short they dumped the fries from the fryer into the styrofoam container causing the container to melt on the fries- I took it back to them and they took the same fries and swapped it to another container with black styrofoam m... read more

i didn't care for this at all. the place seemed dirty. my shoes stuck to the floor. the chicken tasted like a bbq rub.

Food is sometimes good and sometimes not, up to the crew's mood, but that's not what matters. What matters is how rude the crew is. The one star is even too much for the service. I don't usually rate one star experiences but this is next level. Does anyone feels they're being discriminated against based on race when they visit this place?

Ignore the photos from the business as this is a far cry from what you'll get. Very basic food. Won't be back. 2 stars because the staff was friendly.
