Dave's Hot Chicken delivers a simple, fast, and punchy experience for fried chicken fans. The menu focuses strictly on jumbo tenders and sliders paired with fries, pickles, and their signature sauce. The real star is the customizable spice rub, which ranges from mild to a genuinely punishing Reaper level. While the chicken is consistently crispy, juicy, and packed with bold flavor, prices can feel a bit steep and wait times during peak hours run long. Solid fast-casual spot if you love heat.

The medium spicy chicken here was so GRAPE with the sauce, toast, and fry combos! The staff here at missouri city have NEVER done me any wrong and gave me a GRAPE first impression!
Business response:
Boom! Glad you loved it! Thanks for the awesome review!
I went through the drive-through of Dave's hot chicken in order the two slider meal which came with sides. It took a bit longer than I anticipated to get my order, but the chicken was fresh so that was OK. I got the medium heat, which was perfect for me. The chicken was hot and fresh. Unfortunately, the fries were not. Sorry, no pictures this time. I can't speak to the atmosphere inside the restaurant because I use the drive-through. Would I go to this restaurant again yes. GN3

Dave's Hot Chicken was amazing! The chicken was crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the fries and sauce were great too. The portions were solid, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely one of my favorite spots for hot chicken--I'll definitely be coming back!
