Great food and speedy service! The employees forgot to give us our fries for one of the combos, but customer service was great and they handed us the replacement quickly
Come here every time I stop by renz. I've been here many times but Mason, your employee that works the counter, absolutely stood out as someone that appreciated being here and takes providing good service personally. 10/10 thanks to Mason
Just the three of us--two adults and a spice-loving teen--checked out Dave's Hot Chicken, and it quickly became a favorite. I went with "hot," the teen tried "medium," and both were perfectly spicy without going overboard. Crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The sides (mac & cheese and fries) were on point, and the halal chicken made ordering easy. We also loved the cauliflower tenders--surprisingly good! We've done dine-in and pickup, and the food always arrives fresh and tasty. Simple, delicious, and family-approved.
Wonderful customer service and absolutely amazing food. I had to take it to go, but I definitely would've chilled there just to listen to music.
They told me I could get a free shake for a 5 star review! Shake was bomb!!! So I have to say that was not a bad idea!!! Thank you Dave's hot chicken!!
Cali was so amazing! She helped me get a good understanding of the menu and was super helpful! It was my first time at Dave's and she made it feel so welcoming!! She's amazing with her customer service!!
The service was good. And the food was also good. I was in & out quickly. My order was ready when I arrived.
Great customer service order was messed up the first time but it was understandable since they were real busy but they fixed it up with no problems whatsoever and kept it professional. Thanks Lucas! Made my day when it was going not so well to begin with. Hope you guys continue to work hard and continue to give excellent service in the future! Will be ordering many times to come in the future!
