The food is still good, no drop in quality there but the portion sizes in terms of fries and sauces has dropped significantly while staying the same price. Not surprising but still disappointing after being a customer since ya'll opened. My primary issue is the staff claiming my pick up order was not ready when I arrived-- had me waiting 10+ minutes before I went up again and asked a different staff member on the status of my order. I love Dave's hot chicken. Since the first bite I've been in deep love. , unlike other fast food places where workers are "boring."
