The staff were nice and the restaurant was clean, but food was super bland. I'm sorry to have to leave a review like this, but it is what it is.

Food in person definitely better than to go. Online ordering only very inconvenient to me. Pricing is pretty high to me as well. Basically $20 per meal for any adult meal with a small drink. Only one size drink as well! Overall disappointing

Dave I have a bone to pick with you..your chicken is not hot. the name is misleading if your going to claim to be hot then make your chicken HOT! if I could give this place zero stars I would. Dave your chicken is not hot you claim it's hot chicken but it's bland. an employee had to give me the boot because I was warning people of the false advertisement. We tried Dave's for the first time yesterday, and while the chicken was juicy, and the fries hot and crispy, it was all bland; And we ordered EXTRA HOT! It had no flavor other than pepper and an off-putting sweetness. It needed salt terribly and if the "extra hot" doesn't even leave a tingle on the lips, they either gave me the wrong one or it's just really lame.

Wowzers! Super disappointed! Came thru to get some late night din and realized Dave's is just a glorified fast food spot. The chicken is seasoned with dry rub which could have been really good! But seemed like they took the lazy way out...the "Hot" was the same spicy level as the "Reaper" the only difference was they put more seasoning on the Reaper. This made us salty af! Expensive prebreaded chicken strips.I guess if you can't find blue&gold or Resturant styled strips you'd be impressed. We found them salty versus flavorful. Really 10 strips and a bucket of fries for $60 bucks....I'd recommend Chick-fil-A, Popeyes or even sonic for chicken strips

Dave's Hot Chicken, it used to be the Sonic in Bricktown. It's ok, maybe when the Apocalypse happens and this is the only place for chicken, I will go back. Interior walls are graffiti up, Music was heavy metal trash music, Loud and well loud and bad, the wait staff was dead (Maybe Zombie like). Chicken was coated with hot rub, Not a fan, Should of went to Earl's like we had planned, we will know better next time.

I love hot chicken but unfortunately this place doesn't really hit it for me. They is an odd sweet taste to their dry rub that I don't really like. I also kind of wish it was a whole piece of chicken rather than smashing two tendies into the sandwich but that's just preference I guess.. spice levels are also underwhelming. Fries are great though. Service is super fast, they have that down.

I had walked past it several times and finally decided to pop in because I was super hungry and decided to check it out. For the limited options on the menu, the food should have been way better. My non spicy chicken was good, throughly cooked and juicy but my boyfriend's dry rub spicy chicken was definitely that, dry & powdery.
