Today I ordered off of the Dave's Hot Chicken app, and by mistake ordered from the wrong location. When I called the location that I ordered from by accident, they refused to give me a refund, claiming that they had already made the food. At this point, I was Screwed because days was about to close, but to my relief and great amazement, James from Dave's Hot Chicken, Little Tokyo, the assistant manager, comped my order and took care of me. Good experience food came out quick and the tenders were great try the reaper with sauce
