TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Best chicken in town! the chicken was the perfect combination of tender and crispy. Julian was very helpful and attentive making sure we were taken care of! Great experience
As soon as we walked in, Cidney greeted us in a very welcoming manner and was very thorough with our order process. We don’t come to Yuma often but this is definitely a spot we will be looking to visit for lunch. Food was delicious fresh, especially the pickles ! Overall great food and great music being played from the overhead speakers. If hot chicken is your thing, this is it ! 🤝
I ordered the Dave's #3 Mild basket. The fries were seasoned and crispy, the chicken just right; not too juicy or dry. It's like an extroverted version of other local chicken franchises. Ample nearby parking. Busy, but worth waiting.
