Dave's generously sent me a voucher to try them again after a bad experience, so I picked up an order yesterday. I ordered the #1 combo, one medium and one hot. The tenders were hot, juicy and super flavorful. I'm a huge fan of crinkle cut fries, and these didn't disappoint. All in all, Dave's changed my tune about their food and I'm looking forward to the next visit.

We heard about this place from a friend who recommended it . We ordered take out once and ate in once. .Real good . Taste is different than the usual , everyone loved it.

First time trying Dave's hot chicken. The food was hot and fresh. I will say it's not my particular preference for flavor but if you are into hot chicken I'd say try it. It was pretty busy when I walked in for my mobile order. I waited 15 minutes longer than the order email confirmed would be my pickup time. Not a deal breaker since it was lunch time, but the system should be updated to account for busier times. Nonetheless, if you are into hot chicken try it but it wasn't necessarily for me. Cashier was friendly but super unhelpful with answers to questions. Took a while to get our food because they we're assuming it should have been two meals. Fries were so good. Dave's Sauce (which the cashier didn't know what it was) was pretty good. Mayo based with spices. Chicken was super crispy.

Amazing food and service! My fav is #3 meal with medium spice tender and hot spice level slider. Once you add the Dave's sauce and honey it is amazing! Slider not really a slider and more so the size of a normal burger.

Chicken is very moist and tasty and if you like spicy and get the reaper, you better be ready. Service was very efficient the day I went even though they had just opened. Pretty good. To me a lot better taste and how moist their chicken is than the place with the long lines and un flavorful chicken. Great addition to that spot.

The screaming chicken logo suits this brand perfectly! The Hot & the Reaper are two of my favorites. I love the simplicity of their menu and the vibe of the place. If you can't get to check out the OG of Nashville, Prince's Hot Chicken and live in NJ- definitely go try Dave's Hot Chicken. Once you get a little taste of it.. I'm sure you'll agree with me, its worth the wait even during their busy time.

I visited Dave's Hot Chicken on Saturday which was their 2nd day being open. The service was great, the restaurant was very clean, although it was very crowded, the wait time was short. The amount of food for the money was great. I will visit again.

I've always wanted to try this from seeing it on the internet and it finally opened up nearby. The place was packed, they gave out buzzers to wait for the food to be ready. It took a little awhile but once it was done it was so good. I got the hot level which wasn't hot to me, chicken was so good. Even with the honey and Dave's sauce. Fries as well were delicious. Definitely will come back again soon!
