came in after a late night at the office and i will say this place is one of the best places in Billings I have ever eaten, the server Conrad was super nice in the drive through, helped me look over the menu and even gave recommendations and the food itself was deliciou, definitely will be coming back
Custom service here was amazing! Daunte was super friendly and a great help in recommending what to get as a first timer. His recommendation was great too! The GM was also super nice. It's clear that customer service is heavily preached and taught well at this location!
DANTE IS THE GOAT. Somebody give this man a raise or a promotion or something all-time best customer service in Montana because of Dante. This man is genuinely so helpful and hilarious. When I go back and I will, I pray that that man is working. 10 out of 10.
For starters, the staff was super friendly and funny! The atmosphere was top notch and they had bomb music playing. We are on a cross country road trip and have never tried the chain before and they made it a delicious and memorable experience. I'm not sure if a manager, but the woman behind the counter recommended putting Dave's sauce and honey on the sliders and omg she deserves a raise just for that. Beth. Beth working the drive-thru happened. It was my family and my first time at Dave's. We were pretty stoked but completely clueless about the menu or how to order, ya know? As our little crew of four went back and forth on what to get, asking questions like, "do you have this," or, "do you have that?" Most people would have lost patience with us, been short, etc - but Beth is not most people. I tried the mini sliders for the first time at this branch. It was good. More importantly, this location is great compared to other locations I have been to.
the chicken is magically delicious! Dave's hot chicken generously donated food to help feed us at the YVAS spay and neuter clinic. we always love our partners that donate but this was a special treat. everything was so good. cant wait to bring my kids to the restaurant now that I have tried it!
This place is great and the staff is amazing! We run a local nonprofit, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, and Dave's offered to bring our volunteers lunch. It's so great to know there are businesses here that support the community!
I'm here in Billings from TN. In Nashville we Nashville hot chicken. Nashville hot chicken tastes like vomit. I hate it. Dave's Hot chicken is so much better. I can't do the spicy stuff, but that chicken is excellent. I love the sauce and the fries are great. Hot chicken ain't for everyone but Dave's Hot Chicken is worth a try even if you don't normally enjoy other types of hot chicken.
