Placed an order online to be picked up at a specific time. It took a bit longer but it's whatever. What's crazy is that I asked for a water cup for my dog while I was there and was told "we don't do water cups. You can either buy a drink cup or a bottle of water". That's fine, I get it, so I ask if I could buy a bottle of water and get a cup for it. She says no??? Idk I just feel like that's crazy. Chicken was good tho!

Back again! Just as good as the first time! Everything was perfect, and very helpful counter staff, too. **** Fast, hot, fresh, delicious. We knew what we wanted, and the consistency we expected perfectly met our Dave's craving. Chicken pieces on the sliders were generous and well-seasoned. Ordered fast & easy w the ap, and it was ready in a jiffy. Front counter person was savvy and helpful. We love it, Dave's. Don't ever change!

Dave's Hot Chicken seems to be our go-to now whenever we're in East Lansing and want something quick. Nate and I stopped in recently and got the saucy bites flight to try their new sauced boneless wings - the sampler came with spicy buffalo, spicy bbq, and hot honey. I went with the two tender combo, mild spice. They still are huge portions (I forgot this, and totally could have ordered just 1 tender) and the mild is very mild. I could have gone up to medium. Not bad! Chicken was a perfect level of heat, and their sauce is something I cannot describe, just know it's amazing. I like their system that tells you the status on your order, too. Only blunder is the prices. Paid 23 dollars for 10 nuggets and a small order of loaded fries. Aside from the expense, I highly recommend this place

Ehh it was okay. I wouldn't go back. Chicken was heavily seasoned and not in a good way. Fries were soggy. Dip was good. Service was great. But this is an average chicken sandwich and tender shop.

The food is amazing i always get extra hot, the service is so nice and kind and the place is very clean and spacious (i spent over 250$ on daves)
