Chicken was excellent. Food came out quickly. Mercy provided an excellent customer service experience, despite a full house and having to deal with difficult customers.

Came in with the family for our first time, Jennifer the cashier hooked us up and helped us with our decisions and recommended great options, it's nice to find places with great workers that aren't robots.

I review restaurants with my OAT method: O= Overall experience - I came here on a virtual date with my fiance and it was hard to hear my own thoughts because the music was playing so loud. The lady that helped me with my order gave good recommendations. I was bummed to know that they only have 3 sauces (Dave's sauce, ranch, and spicy ranch).
