I was very impressed by the Kearny location as I have been to the Wayne one in the past. This location was way less crowded, seemed cleaner (maybe from being less crowded), and plenty of parking. Monica took my order and was delightful. I hire employees as part of my job, and certain people are culture builders. She is an asset to this location and they should definitely track someone like her for a future leadership position. I was able to identify this in our 90 seconds of interaction.
