I recently went to Dave's with my son as a hot new chicken chain. We ate there on 2/2/25 around noontime. Overall, it is very good. The food is excellent but I take 2 stars off for 3 reasons. First, when ordering you are presented with a mandatory tip option. No opportunity to offer no tip. This was embarrassing to me as I hate this recent trend of giving electronic tips to counter staff. Lived next to original DHC in LA (also lived right next to another one on Fairfax) -- this location tastes just the same, which is to say: dope as hell. Fantastic fast casual food. Always delivers. Never makes you feel like trash after eating. Very glad Dave's followed me to Vermont!

Came here for lunch takeout only place a Sunday. There was a line but it moved pretty quickly. The counter staff was nice and apologetic for the wait as she also had to bag the orders as they came out. Food came out pretty quickly. Ordered the #1 and #3. You can choose the spice level. Flavor was good and they give you extra packets of Dave's sauce for free whereas you pay extra for sauce at Cane's. I don't normally eat fast food but this is a new place and my kids were excited to try it and it is totally worth the hype. The people are great. The food is better than I've seen as fast food. It's blow your mind good.!!! Welp.... sort of.... got home to the "sliders" being less than half hearted there was shredded sliced bread at the bottom so I paid 20 extra dollars for sliders as got chicken tenders with cheese melted on them and a disgusting pile of wasted bread Chicken itself was delicious. 1st time eating at a DHC. Ordered online and was given a time for pickup and still waited an extra 35 mins once arriving but the staff was polite and apologized more than once. It's a little pricey but the food was good. So I'll definitely try it again. Oh and the Dave's sauce... yup don't skip that!

First time being at DHC and it was super yum! Line was to the door when we arrived but the line only too 3 minutes to order. Employees really get you in the saddle! Great location and flavors.

the food was good, the chicken was crispy and the fries were okay. The amount of noise was just too much, the atmosphere is great the people just ruin it
They are disorganized and slow. You want fast and efficient food?...look elsewhere. The business kept pushing back my delivery time and we called them at it (why did my take out order take more than 60 minutes). They said someone else took my order and wouldn't let me cancel my order. Frustrating
