Our food wasn't even warm. Idk how much earlier it was cooked or not fully cooked or just sitting out but it was cool. The restaurant was filled with smoke like something had burnt. We had placed our order online and when we picked it up through the window, we were just given empty cups and we had to ask if we needed to get off to fill them up and they said yes. $8+ for a trash shake at this location. Chocolate shake is not creamy in texture. It's icy and you can taste ice with every sip. Gross.

We typically go to the Dave's off Preston but Lewisville is closer so we swung by for dinner. The 3 employees were standing in the back talking about a Starbucks order and after 3 to 5 minutes one guy came out and the other 2 left. They clearly saw us. With just one person working the entire restaurant it took 20 minutes for our 2 orders to come out. Fries were fine, but the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil. After grand opening. Service takes for ever 20 minutes to get food. Portion size seems smaller.

Food was flavorless. $20 for a meal and they chicken was bland greasy and anticlimactic very disappointing

We were excited about trying Dave's Hot chicken and we pulled up in front and saw an employee behind the counter picking his nose and touching his mouth then proceeded to handle food and then touched the register. This was so off- putting that we decided that we were not going to eat here.

Massively understaffed! Restaurant is dirty, no napkins etc do better! Dave's in Irving and McKinney is way better!

Food was fine and staff was polite, however my to-go order took nearly 45 minutes to get, and there were a good dozen other customers all waiting on there food. Either they need better or more kitchen staff, 45 minutes for a fast food order is rough since every other Dave's locations takes maybe 10 minutes.

Waited 45 mins for 3 sliders and fries. Lady at the counter was inattentive and kind of rude. No hair net being worn by the girl preparing the food. Will definitely continue to make the drive to the one in Plano.
