FOOD IS AMAZING , customer service is TOP TIER !!! WILL EAT THIS EVERYDAY ! the employees and mangers are so respectful and professional
The customer service was amazing! Very nice employees with amazing personalities. I definitely recommend coming to eat the sliders. The slaw is excellent.

Staff was kind and apologetic however we waited THIRTY (30) minutes on the drive thru, 20 of those minutes AT the window! We had 3 orders, no beverages. One item was Wrong when we got home! Instead of 10 mild nuggets we receivwd 3 HOT mozzarella sticks. Most importantly, the chicken was strangely gummy and I actually spit out the 3 pieces on my fries. It was not edible. I love the food and the customer service was excellent! But OMG. The music was deafening. I seem to notice this at every Dave's location. Are they killing the chickens in the back and they don't want customers to hear? It's just ridiculous.

Crazy loud in here. Metal chairs on cement floors and something keeps banging, music is playing... System is down so I can't use my rewards or get rewards for the meal today. The food took a very long time today.

First time and last time! Ordered the number 4 combo and then added and side of ranch for $1.49 ( they must think we are fools for paying this much for so little) and the total order was about $13.00 and that DID NOT include a drink. I got my order very quickly and realized I wasn't going to be able eat this . I took one bite and broke out in a massive sweating episode . The food is good. The price is ok. The wait in the drive thru is absolutely unacceptable. 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich is crazy. I've been 3 times. Once without a single car ahead of me. I've never sat less than 15 minutes there.
