First time ever trying this chain. I've seen them around and there's a new one that opened closer to me. Since I was in this area, I decided to give them a try. They're located in the busy Columbia Crossing shopping center near Honey Grow. It was a Saturday evening so it was pretty busy at the time. My food came out quickly. 22 minutes later I got my food. I watched at least 10 orders be filled behind me. Frankly, it felt like the staff was pointing and laughing at the old guy. I'm not going back even if it's the best f-ing chicken ever. It's not that it took a while, it's more that they KNEW it took a while and seemed to think it was funny.oh, had my food Hangry Joe's is better. Stays 1 star

Overall, this place isn't great. Music is blaring, service is kinda slow, and just not a great atmosphere to eat in. We choose to eat in the car to be honest. The chicken was VERY seasoned but only the outside. It was crispy but the inside is not flavored much. The seasoning is not what we expected, it was like more of an Indian food flavoring which isn't bad, just not what we were expecting. The fries are not good, like very salty frozen fries. The food is not bad usually, but this time my Mac n cheese was simply undercooked noodles in warm, watery cheese with a large piece of PLASTIC in it. Horrible experience
