I've driven by this place many times. I finally decided to give them a try. First, the parking. If you come in weekends, holidays, or peak hours, parking can be difficult. There's other restaurants in the immediate area that use the same parking lot. As soon as you enter, you'll notice that there's plenty of seating and the place is kept clean. on weekends, i always saw this place packed: no way i'd wait all that time. but i came through on a weekday, and there was no wait. i ordered their loaded fries, which i enjoyed; they were a tad too salty, but the presentation and overall taste was great the inside ambiance is also admirable. for such a busy ambiance, they make up with a spacious, clean inside environment thx, Dave

Dave's Hot Chicken is a solid three stars. Food is crispy, well seasoned, and exactly what you expect. Nothing remarkable, but it gets the job done. They did miss the cheese on my sandwich, so attention to detail could be tighter. Hoping that was just a one-off. Anyone else notice small misses like that?

I was just there 10 mins ago, with my friend and we order two Mac and cheese. I don't remember his name, but he was a tall with brown gel back hair. He was immensely sweet and polite worker. He worked at the cash register and was very accommodating. The whole staff tonight was wonderful!!!!

Nene assisted us this evening. We had a large group and it was taking us some time to figure out what flavor milkshake combos everyone wanted. I apologized for taking a moment and she was so sweet and helpful! Promote her to manager

The chicken doesn't disappoint. However not sure when they changed the buns for the sandwiches. Not a fan of the new buns. My to go order they forgot to substitute fries for Mac & cheese. A little more attention to detail wouldn't hurt.

Fast friendly service... large outdoor patio, lovely holiday decorations and most importantly hot juicy chicken - this is a good bet for when you are hungry. When In N Out would be an hour long wait next door - this is a great option - I couldn't believe that the drive through line went all the way across the entire parking lot... who would wait in that?
