The staff were friendly and the chicken was great! There a seven levels of spice ranging from no spice to reaper so you can perfectly tailor it to your level of spice tolerance. The level of heat is on point, so you know what you're going to get. The food was also very filling. However, the spoons for shakes were short, and flimsy, but overall it was an amazing experience at a decent price.

The lines are long and the chicken was not great for the prices. We like a little spice, but this was not what we were looking for. The breading on the chicken is bathed in some kind of powdery spice that leaves your fingers red, kind of like the spicy Cheetos. I got the mild and it was way too spicy. My husband tried a little hotter but it was way out of range for us and I'm from the south. The portions were also off and expensive for what you got. On a good note, I did like the crinkle fries. If I could leave zero stars I would. It's great to bring new places to a city but making the food crappy is not a good look. If you're going to advertise mild and medium flavor they should have some type of spice and shouldn't taste like I'm eating Taco Bell.

We got the chicken sandwiches and it was way to hot for our liking. We couldn't even finish the sandwiches. It was a waste of money. I was crying and in pain because of how hot the sandwich was. Not sure if we will be back.
