So many things to discuss. First, be patient. This ain't fast food. Everything is fried to order, so one can wait 10-15 minutes before your food is served. Longer if the counter staff isn't paying attention. I ordered a 2 tenders meal with fries & soft drink. The strips were as large as I've ever seen. Juicy and piping hot. Worth the hype. Best chicken sandwich I've had in a long time. The sauce was amazing!! I got a medium and mild chicken sandwich and they were perfect. Loved the fries and the shake was great too. Everyone working was friendly.

Dave's Hot Chicken has a heck of a marketing dept. because this place has been viral for a while! I was stoked to see that there was finally one a short drive away as my husband and I have been itching to try it. We stopped in on a random Sunday for lunch and the place was hoppin'! Two words. Mouth Orgasm. I went to a Dave's hot chicken about two months ago and fell in love. I have craved the taste of Dave's glorious enriching flavor explosion since then but due to proximity I was never able to return to my glorious safe space. When I heard that one was opening up 15 minutes away from me I ejaculated in my drawers. This place is on the same level of LeBrons legacy. I wish nothing but the best for Dave and his family. If you don't believe in God, eat this food and you'll start believing.

It's pretty good. The service for us was quick. You order at the counter & they call your number when it's up. They occasionally come to make sure you're okay but it's not something to count on. The menu is limited but if you're here for hot chicken then that's exactly what you'll get. I wish they had more options for dipping sauce. They have a special sauce but it reminds me of like a yum-yum sauce but for chicken lol Right now with them being newly opened they have a free milkshake if you leave a review on google. Stopped in on a Thursday mid-afternoon to avoid the crowds, and it was good timing. There was no wait to place my order and I got my food within 20 minutes. The fries = excellent. Hot, crisp, well seasoned. They use crinkle cut. The tenders = huge, and I loved the hot rub! Perfect spice level and amount. I tried the combo with one tender and one slider.
