I was feeling so down and decided might as well get some chicken to brighten up my day. While I was ordering I dropped my drink on the floor and Greg, one of the employees, got me a new cup and saw that I was feeling down and decided to crack me a joke to make me feel better. Greg went out of his way to make my day just a little better. Great costumer service

Dave's Hot Chicken absolutely hits the spot! The chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and that spice level--wow! I do love me some spice! A special shout-out to Greg, who was incredibly friendly and made the whole experience even better. In general I am not a huge fan of spicy foods, but their commercial kept popping up and the people consuming the food seemed genuinely thrilled. I waa craving chicken as well. So I jumped in the car and took a drive. When you walk you notice that the employees are mostly young people and it is obviously part of their training that they greet you straightaway.
