The food is good, but they don't take phone orders? WTF is that about? I was 10 minutes away and tried to place a phone order, after wading through their voice response I talked to someone at the restaurant who said they only accept online orders and walk ins. I was driving and didn't want to take the time to fill out their form, enter a credit card number and place the order. The inside of this location very nice, customer service was very good, food kind of took a while to come out for only the 2 tender combo. The food was GROSS, I was so mad and still am days later as I write this. I tried to eat what I could because I paid $20+ (got 2 slushies as well) for it but it was so nasty, I threw it away. Will never be back, all it take is one time. Dave need to go back to the drawing board and 100% overpriced.
I would NOT recommend this location. They've recently opened weeks ago. Went into the location today, March 2, 2025 and had to wait 30 minutes to receive my order. My order was Incorrect. I called to speak with a "Manager" who told me his name initially was "LB." "LB" was VERY and EXTREMELY Rude and displayed ABSOLUTELY NO Customer Service skills/compassion while YELLING at me the Entire time! Finally, he told me his name is Brian. I went there to buy food for the first time for My Granddaughter and My 83 year old Mom. DONE... read more
