First, customer service is total 10/10! As a first timer coming to Dave’s Hot Chicken, I didn’t know what to expect. The customer service level is next level, I was greeted by “Joyce” who walked me through the menu and gave me some overview of their specials. The chicken has a unique taste that I didn’t like. Stumbled upon this while driving today to find out it was the grand opening. A small wait but everything was fresh to order and honestly very good. Happy there’s a Daves in the area😁
Food was great, but the customer service was the highlight. Shoutout Jose, Heidi, and everyone at the front tonight. They were so kind, hospitable, and welcoming!
The chicken is perfectly fried with a deliciously crunchy exterior and a flavorful, fiery kick that’s sure to satisfy your taste buds.
