The halal chicken was juicy and hot, well seasoned, crispy, and served with great slaw and pickles. We shared a number two, two sliders and fries for $15.95, a very good deal for a very satisfying meal. We did drive through, about 10 cars in front of us in line. So be prepared to wait if you want drive through. Maybe next time we'll try ordering in.

This is the first Dave's Hot Chicken in Spokane, so I was excited to try it and compare to the other chicken restaurants available. We came the day of their grand opening so it was busy, but I think they did a great job of moving through the line quickly. This place is a little small so eating there can be a little challenging, but we lucked out with a table. Dave's Hot Chicken was absolutely delicious, perfectly fried, juicy, and a pleasant amount of heat depending on your selected spice level. They are very kind and hardworking staff, and the dining area has cool graffiti art. They also respectfully offered me a sizable military discount. If you love Raising Canes and Popeyes, it's like the best of both. Their sauce is a unique mustard based delight, and the pickles with each meal give much needed acidity. P.S. Here is the good: Customer Service and wait time. They are trying hard! The cool paint job. Here is the not so good: Chicken had no flavor, just spice. We ordered 4 meals and everyone agreed. Price- it's expensive. Family of 4 cost $100.

Walked in there on a Tuesday and there was a lot of dirty tables. We ordered two chocolate milkshakes, chicken nuggets, and fries. When the guy delivered the milkshakes, I asked him if he could wipe off this table and he said sure, but he never came back. We took one drink of our milkshakes and it was awful. It tasted awful, and it was very icy. It was just filled with ice. a guy came over that was cleaning and I told him about it. I asked is there something wrong with your machine? It's very icy. Eating at Daves Hot Chicken is like eating at a drunken mans house at 2 AM in the ghetto. Taste like they poured a half bottle if Lawrys on EVERYTHING, the loaded fries had soggy hot lettuce and so much lawrys it burnt my tongue. Disgusting cheap fries from the freezer. Again the food taste like a drunk person over salted and baked it at 2 AM and threw a bunch of shr together. Hot garbage literally and SO over priced. SO disappointed truly waste of money.

Chicken itself has no flavor what so ever. Chicken should at least taste like chicken but it tasted like dirty water. My dog loves chicken but wouldn't recognize it. Beware the debit machine auto tip!
