The food was the only thing good because the customer service is terrible. I ordered my food online. I got 3 combo meals and an extra Mac n cheese. I bring the food to my car and notice my 10 count combo is missing. I go in to get my missing food and they request I bring my order back in, so of course I did so. I then bring my order back in and now they're out of Mac n cheese. They had it when I ordered it because my other meal received it. Because of their mistake, I wasted my money and time. They're slow and unorganized.

I went there for around the 3rd time and the last two times it was so much better, the energy this last time was just so dead and for the amount of people there the order took so long to get ready. They gave me the wrong order somehow. At least the chicken was well cooked.

Tiny tiny portion for $12, forgot my sauce on the side I paid for and overall quality was terrible....the chicken pieces were so small they couldn't be anything but rock hard Brett.....I did reach out to that email last night...no response & as I said, I wouldn't waste my money on this quantity or quality again, not in the financial times we are all going through but thanks for the college try to keep business...you can't possibly "wow" us without saying how as there was no "wow" this time, when a restaurant does the same b... read more

Totally meh. Edible, not good or delicious. The sliders are huge, too much. The flavor of the chicken is reminiscent of BBQ potato chips. The fries have the same flavor. The pink sauce tastes like thousand island dressing with extra sugar. The heat on the chicken is not a tasty heat, just a hot heat. We won't be back, there's nothing else to try.

This is my second Daves hot chicken experience, first time at this location and unfortunately I have to say it wasn't as good as the first visit. If you aren't familiar with Daves, they have a very limited menu, no drive thru but a ton of flavor with different heat levels for all the chicken! Came to Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time ever at 12pm on a Sunday. After seeing all the social media hype, I was incredibly excited. There were only 2 people ahead of us in line, but just to order took about 15 minutes. To get the food, only took about 10 or so. I must say, I love the incredibly simple and minimalistic menu. I also love the fact that you can substitute absolutely any of the combos with cauliflower. Overall terrible. Would not recommend going here. Huey Magoos is only slightly better. There are better option in the area to try.

Absolutely terrible, the worst Daves hot chicken ever. Literally gave me food poisoning. Food was inedible and service is trash.
