Gotta say, first time eating at Dave's Hot Chicken and it's DEEE-li-cious!! We ordered 2 number 1s (tenders with fries), 1 number 2 (2 sliders with fries) and 1 Chicken & Waffles (from the sides menu). You can select your heat level from: No spice Lite Mild Mild Medium Hot Extra Hot Reaper I myself got the Hot level and it had some heat, but it was super flavorful, I hate it when food is just spicy but not tasty. If I could give it negative stars I would I took my son to the Dave, hot chicken in the miracle mile shops May 28, 2026. My son got the loaded fries and now he's in the hospital with salmonella in his bloodstream and has been sick ever since he ate at this location. I would definitely not recommend going here the food isn't very good on top of that and the customer service is crap in my past experience but when we come to Vegas, this is where my son likes to stop by. Definitely will never be going again.

I'm terribly disappointed. Our initial reaction OMG we have to try this place. Only to leave with terrible experience. Our first interaction with the cashier which did not know how to ring us up correctly, took more than 14 mins then asking for help because he couldn't figure out how to ring up a trio menu item. We simply asked for a cup just for water and was told that we'd have to buy it. Only for the elderly couple behind us to get 3 empty cups without hesitation. The restaurant was dirty. Terrible customer service and poorly trained cashiers. Food order was all wrong and when I asked if they could fix it since I paid extra the cashier just told me that he wasn't going to do anything and basically told me to deal with it. Not only was my order incorrect but also they gave me the wrong spice level so I had to throw it out mind you that I gave the cashier my receipt when they called out my number to make sure that's my order. Restaurant was dirty and not clean

ate at this Dave's Hot Chicken location (3623 S Las Vegas Blvd, Grand Bazaar Shops) around midnight on a recent weekend. Ordered the classic tenders combo with medium spice, fries, and mac & cheese. Food tasted fine at first--spicy but good--and I finished most of it while heading back to my hotel. About 3 hours later, I started feeling nauseous, then full-on stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea that lasted through the night and into the next day. 30 minutes for fast food is unacceptable. After placing the order the mob of people stood waiting while staring at the screen for what seemed like a decade. I understand the food is made to order but 30 minutes is just too long. Make up your own mind before ordering.

First time to this location. A bit small in the seating area, but very clean. Food was very good despite the small portions for the price. My issue was with the employees here, they are in constant socializing with each other. They make no eye contact until they are ready to hand you your food. Even as he thanked me, he was looking at another employee and talking while handing me back my change. Absolutely terrible customer service. This doesn't just fall on the employees.
