The food was exactly what you would expect. But the service was on point, the employees are really nice. Compared to other chicken places their "hot" level isn't really hot at all
Service was great! The slider I had was perfectly seasoned but the chicken itself had some weird bits that I couldn’t chew. The fries were good though.
very strategic location in the city center, the price is very affordable, the food is very delicious, especially the chicken is very soft and the bread is not hard, I ordered the spicy one and it suits my taste, I will come back to eat here next week
Reaper spice level is actually hot. Hotter than any other hot chicken place in philly. Overall food tasted great and amazing. Everything seasoned perfectly; to the juicy spiced chicken and the crispy fries.
So glad to have more food options moving on to Chesnut Street! Finally got to try them on a busy Friday night- in spite of a crowd, the store was very clean and well organized. The staff members were friendly and made ordering easy! I loved the amount of food I got for the money. The mild spice leaves just a little flavor on my tongue- sort of like a nacho dorito? If you like spicy definitely order higher up on the spice chart 😎
