I have been here a few times. Dave's Hot Chicken is bomb dot com. Plump juicy chicken, variety of heat levels (i always get hot and extra hot), good fries. And the kale slaw and pickles are excellent. You always get extra Dave's sauce too. It's tangy. I would say away from the super expensive milkshakes ($4.99-$7.99), although they taste good. Dave's Hot Chicken was a great experience overall! The restaurant was super clean and had a nice vibe. The staff was really friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The chicken itself was high quality. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and you can choose your spice level which is a nice touch. Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the seasoning flavor; it just didn't have as much flavor as I expected. I was also a little disappointed that they didn't have ranch for dipping. Great food, fast. An easy ride from Starkey. It's the closest to Nashville chicken in the Tampa area.

The food was pretty good. I am picky on fries but these weren't too bad. It would've been really tasty with cheese sauce. I love their variety of the heat levels for the chicken. I think next time I come I will get the tenders. I love how they give you a lot of pickles on the side as well as on the sandwich. We also got their cereal milkshakes, but they were pretty runny like soup. The cereal pieces were just piled on top and not mixed in at all. But other than that, good food.

First of all, fast-ish food with major vegetarian offerings? Incredible... this location is awesome and, even when it's super busy, Kelli M at the front keeps things controlled with a smile on her face. Love the cauli-sliders and my family loves the chicken. The extra Dave's sauce packets come in clutch when we can't come but want that special touch on something at home. Overall this is a great addition to a growing area and they make some mean cauliflower
