Flavorful, spicy, & sweet! The honey & pickles with huge chicken tenders were my favorite. Yo, what a surprise to experience chicken goodness on a night when garlic chicken was the goal. Plus, the fries were so yummy, I could eat them as a stand alone snack. Dave's Hot Chicken blew me away! Taylor had the best customer service that made me go for seconds. I asked her about the burstie drink & she offered a sample which was so welcoming. She deserves a raise. This spot was such a late night treat!
Dave's hot chicken in west palm Beach,Fl customer service is AMAZING!!!!!!! And the fact that the food is and the prices are just as amazing made my experience a 10 out of 10 I'll HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone

I've been waiting forever for a Dave's to appear on this side of the country after visiting the Pasadena, California, location three years ago. Finally, a Dave's opened at this location on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. Great location, great service with a smile, and the hot chicken was as good as I remembered it in California. After my first review .. I was contacted by one of their representatives to make sure the concerns were addressed.. since then I have visited this location 3-4 times and the food has been great and so has the serving time. Definitely give it a try..
We were excited to have a Dave's open up right down the street from us. We tried it this weekend and opted for take-out. The inside is very colorful and vibrant. The staff was friendly and helpful. My order was ready as soon as I got there. Everything was delicious and I especially enjoyed the loaded fries. My only gripe is that everything is rather pricey, despite portion sizes.
Loved the food, staff were nice and overall everything was good. My only issue is that it's very loud because of how many people are inside the store and the workers calling out the numbers for each order. I don't mind it that much though

Paper napkin pettiness! Why buy a franchise, if you don't want to supply your customers with napkins? The last location, I went to had three dispensers on the counter, facing outward to the lobby. This location has one dispenser, facing the staff behind the counter. As we were waiting, a sign was moved in front of the dispenser, so from the lobby you cannot even see that there's a dispenser in the store.
