I like the food. I don't like the tip screen. This is fast food. I stand while ordering at the counter; I pick up my food at the counter; I dispose of my trash. There is no service. But when I order at the counter, the tip screen pops up and the no tip option is in fine print. Tipping expectations has become comical. Good thing they have the kiosk in place now for self-ordering.

Finally a Dave's hot chicken in Livermore!!! Went here for the first time and enjoyed it very much. Got the extra hot sandwich with their special sauce and it was prime. Also got a vanilla and lucky charms shake that was fantastic!
Best chicken in the world. We always come here with friends for a fun time. Always a good time.
Not a huge breaded chicken guy but had the chance to try daves today and the place was good,busy when we got there but it went fairly fast,got 2 tenders with fries and it was tasty enough cooked well,the restaurant itself is nice fairly clean but still pretty new,lots of seating inside and out friendly staff good music so if u like breaded chicken give it a try I think you'll b happy.
Not my first time here but this time was just disappointing, the fries were very under seasoned and bland, the Dave's bites that I got on medium tasted like a mild at best. Still love the vibe and the staff are very nice and helpful!

Never been to any Dave's Hot Chicken before, but decided to give it a try because the Livermore location just opened today. It has a bright, eclectic atmosphere and plenty of seating. The dining area is open and has concrete floors so it gets loud in here. The menu is... fried chicken tenders. You can also get fries, slaw, mac & cheese, shakes, and other soft drinks. If you're looking for something not fried, you're in the wrong place. They offer a cauliflower alternative to chicken, but it's vegetarian, not vegan.
It was my second time at this location and those both times the chicken was not cook well, please check that quality control

Am I re- posting!? They use to be top notch. Last time old, no joke stale kale salad. SCARY. I don't know what's going on there. I hope it's just a management change because they were on to something good. Fix it quick please.
