I think this location opened recently and was excited to try Dave's for the first time. Flavors were really good. Got the strip and slider combo. Unfortunately, my strip was very very small, not like the people I was with got. It basically, had no meat to it; a dried out sad strip. And that's their go to order? The slider was good; slaw and all. Fries and Mac and cheese were good. Had the extra hot. Good heat.

I've been to a few different locations and this by far was one of the worst locations. The staff was rude and both the Chicken and fries were very soggy.

While waiting for my order, I saw multiple cockroaches running across the floor and into the kitchen area. It was absolutely disgusting and immediately made me lose my appetite. I asked for a refund because there was no way I was comfortable eating food after seeing that. The staff refused. There was no apology, no concern, and no attempt to address what I had just witnessed, just rudeness. The reaction honestly made it seem like this wasn't even unusual to them. Have had Dave's many times, however, this visit was very disappointing. After giving my order to cashier, he informed us that they had just received a very large order and that there would be an extensive delay, roughly 15 minutes. We waited over a half hour for tough, cold chicken, some even under cooked. There appeared to be no spice versus medium we asked for. Ordered through the app and still had a long wait. On top of that, they gave me the wrong food. It was disappointing as I wished I had the right meal to balance the other items I had ordered.

Very nice staff. The chicken piece could have been more flat than long. It's more like a chicken finger than a sandwich piece. Many bites of the sandwich didn't have chicken. I saw other sandwiches that were better on covering the bun. I got mild... which is not hot, dry rub Cajun like.. salty!!! I would try plain next time. Could use more slaw and sauce on sandwich. But you get sauce on side so it's add on to your liking. Would try it again but not impressed first time. Other hot chicken places have better quality checks.
