Came here on there secret opening. It was a great experience. Clean, great staff, and fresh food. I have been going to the Dearborn location and this one is definitely an upgrade. The food was fresh and came out within 5-10 minutes. The customer service was awesome. The parking was more than enough. Really great location overall to dine in and I would definitely come here again! Would recommend this location 5/5 stars for me.
Amazing food every time I visit. This location is very big and always clean. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. The classic slider and tenders always hit the spot and the fries are always seasoned and cooked to perfection. Best chicken around!
The Dave's Hot Chicken in Dearborn made me fall in love with the food, and now I have a closer location to rave about. Today was their first day open and the food is just as good as the other location. They are quick with their orders, generally about 10-15 minute wait to get your food, they have music playing on their speakers at all times, and call out your order number over a microphone so you can hear it through the store. This was my first time ever having Dave’s hot chicken. Upon entering the establishment, we are greeted by a person named Sam. Sam walked us through the menu and helped us pick out the right chicken for us, and then on top offered suggestions on sauces that would blend well with our meal a very good experience she even came and checked on us during our meal to see if everything was going good. As someone who is REALLY particular about my chicken, this place consistently has perfectly cooked and delicious tasting chicken. The sandwiches are literally so good and I’m so happy to have a place that adds coleslaw to their sandwiches cus that was really lacking in our area! And the manager who was there when I picked up my order was in a great mood, was happy with each person that walked in to order and seemed to really take pride in helping each customer.
