The food could be a little better, it's more of a sweet spice then hot spice. The lady at the front was really helpful and nice so I will give them credit on the customer service. But for the price of this I'd go somewhere else

The service was magnificent. The cashier was patient and friendly. Pleasant to look at. The food. Looks delicious. Haven't tasted it yet but I'll write more after that

I was super excited to try this new spot in our area. It's been busy ever since they opened, so I waited until the crowds died down before stopping by. There was plenty of seating inside, though I do wish they offered outdoor seating. The mural inside was a nice touch, and the space itself was very spacious and comfortable. I have came here the weekend of their grand opening and even though it's close to my house, I haven't had the urge to come back. The day that I came customer service was really great. The girl at the counter was very helpful, down to the one that was giving you your order. The place is pretty spacious, but on this day, it was crowded, which is to be expected. I've been wanting to try Dave's Hot Chicken ever since I read their origin story -- starting this whole empire with under a thousand dollars and somehow turning it into a billion-dollar juggernaut. Meanwhile I can't even get out of Target without spending more than that. So yes, I needed to meet the chicken behind the legend. When the Coral Springs location opened, I showed up ready. Even though the takeout order was wrong , still 5 stars. The chicken sliders were absolutely delicious. The fries were also crip and tasty. I will give them a break on messing up the order as the place was swamped , young new employees. The store was clean and even though it was BUSY , the wait was not long. It was clean , but you go for the chicken not the atmosphere. Will go back for sure.

Heat level is spot on. The meat is tender. The spice mix (we had Hot) contains too much Chili Pepper flavor - takes away from the flavir. The strawberry milkshake did not taste like strawberries and was like drinking melting cool whip.

Please improve food and restaurant ambience Service was good. The music and decor made me want to leave. I didn't enjoy my experience. Fries were good.
