Super fast service. Went on opening night and they handled it very well. Cool graffiti art on the inside. Chicken was juicy and well cooked. Can't wait to go back and try another flavor. Reaper was pretty hot. They make you sign a waiver but honestly wasn't that hot!

Have been waiting impatiently for this location to open up, so happy we had to go for the grand opening! I have to say they handled the crowd so well such a good flow with amazing customer service. I know once we got in and ordered food it came along quickly. My slider was perfect with the fries, very tasty with a good size of chicken. A different twist with the kale slaw as well. Now my fruity pebbles milk shake wasn't worth it to me, it was a mid vanilla with a chunk of fruity pebbles on top, so I don't recommend that. T... read more

First time at Dave's Hot Chicken. Whoever designed the interior did an excellent job--I love the wall art. The staff was super friendly, and everyone seemed well-prepared and ready to help. They don't have the app or kiosks up and running yet, but as a customer, it really helps to know what you want before getting to the register to keep things moving smoothly. The chicken was extremely crunchy and juicy. I ordered the tender and slider meal with no heat, and my husband ordered the two-tender meal with medium heat. Y'all.... read more

The food was great ! Hot fresh but, There was gnat flying around my face remind you this is a brand new location. Another thing was the cashier was very alert with the people in front of us as we waited cause she wouldn't stop talking to them which yes it's great to have the customer service vibe but, to the point to bringing their food and telling them to put a good review is pretty dumb. It's overhyped and the food was mediocre. We payed almost $60 for two meals and two extra sides. The chicken wasn't flavorful at all. Such a disappointment.

We had it on the south side, was pretty good. Then they made this one, we were so excited, then VERY quickly disappointed. To-Go bag was dripping with sauce, they packed it to where all the containers where lopsided, leaking into each other and into the bag. I couldn't even get mad, because it was that ridonkulous. Ate at the schertz location on the opening day and my whole family got food poisoning it was good but too expensive 16.95 for some nuggets on top of some fries . never again
