Would recommend this place to anyone who loves hot chicken. They have different spice levels too, so no worries! Yes they just opened and will probably be slammed for the next few weeks, but it's well worth any wait. Hopefully this place is here for good! Great food, awesome atmosphere inside, and nice staff. Definitely my new favorite place to eat at!

A new restaurant popped up in my neighborhood and I was excited to give it a try (as I have had it before in another state). Parking was easy and there was no line outside so I felt it was a good time to stop by. Upon entering, I noticed people everywhere and was unsure about next steps. On my grandson's recommendation, we tried this new restaurant. Inside appeared clean, but looked more like a 'back-city alley' with graffiti-like art on the wall. Restroom was so-so and only one room. We spent approx $46 for 3 of us and orders were not right. Either the kale-slaw was missing or pickles were added when we did not request them to be. Moreover, the chicken was overcooked. After some digging, I found out the chicken is marinated in pickle juice.

Aubrey, the lady that took my order...amazing. Kind and attentive. The following is zero reflection on the way she represents this company. My first time trying Dave's Hot Chicken, and honestly, it was a huge disappointment. I specifically asked for "mild" because I do not like spicy food. I even told the cashier one of the tenders was for my dogs, so I requested no seasoning at all. Unfortunately, every single piece of chicken came out heavily coated with the exact same thick, over-seasoned breading, and everything was still extremely spicy. Won't even answer the phone waited 2 hours for my food in the middle of the afternoon and my food was messed up but you can't contact anyone to correct it.

Me and my wife at here after church and it was a good hour and a half wait just to get the food and after eating there the food made me sick outside the parking lot, tables were not cleaned off while we were waiting for a seat, the I understand the prices but paying over 30 dollars on a meal and still have to pay for a drink is crazy
