Stopped by on a Saturday around 4:30 PM and wow--they were absolutely slammed! The wait was about 20-30 minutes, but honestly, I didn't mind. The manager, Unique, was very kind and accommodating. I watched her handle a situation with a customer in front of me, and she made sure they left happy. Food is great, but can't eat inside the restaurant without freezing to death because it is ridiculously cold inside the restaurant. I have never been in a restaurant that is that cold. Not enjoyable at all.

We love Dave's and were so glad when this new location opened up! The mozz sticks are 10/10 and we love the sliders too. This location was WAY TOO LOUD. The music volume was so loud and they call over the loud speaker when your order is ready but we could barely understand them. They don't have an outside eating area which is a huge bummer. I think if we go back, we will get our food to go.

My wife and I had always wanted to try this place and stopped by for dinner one night. We really enjoyed our time here. I really appreciate vegetarian options so I ordered the not chicken and my wife ordered the loaded fries hot. Our food was absolutely flavorful and delicious! The service was impeccable and we will definitely be back to try the hotter levels in the future!

Today 6/2/26 I ate at Dave's Hot chicken, the food was delicious. I was greeted and served by Catherine and Mady, they were very friendly and their customer service was excellent. Great food, friendly atmosphere, and quick service!

We dined in. There was a wait. Got our food. Fries were cold . My chicken bites were mid. Some were fresh and some had a old taste. Almost like they didnt have enough my 10 piece so they had to cook more. And mixed them all up. We spent roughly 45.00 for 2 people. 2 strips with fries.. 10bites with fries. 2 drinks and 3 mozzarella sticks. Thats alot for mid food. Probably won't return. But the young ladies that were working the register were super friendly. We visted 7/21/26 around 830

Service and wait times are absolutely terrible. I have been here twice, and the staff is so rude. They refused to give me the free ketchup packets the first time I visited, and the second time they did not give us beverages that we paid for and kept staring at us when I asked for them. Completely ridiculous to wait 20 to 30 minutes for fast food, and then be met with nasty service workers.

I came in looking for two of the ladies who used to work here and found out they aren't here anymore. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill. The chicken was dry and wasn't cooked all the way through, the fries were cold, and the music was way too loud. Overall, it wasn't an enjoyable visit. I hope they improve the food quality and the overall experience.
