Food was hot and fresh. Service was ok and it was a very clean establishment. This was my first time here and it was just ok to me. Nothing really special. The fruit punch slush was the only thing that was still on my taste buds after. I wouldn't try again but that's just me. If you're in the area give them a try.

Stopped by on a Saturday around 4:30 PM and wow--they were absolutely slammed! The wait was about 20-30 minutes, but honestly, I didn't mind. The manager, Unique, was very kind and accommodating. I watched her handle a situation with a customer in front of me, and she made sure they left happy. Another employee, Amy, was also going around checking on customers and making sure everyone was doing okay. When I mentioned the wait, she was very friendly and appreciative of the patience. There were a lot of people waiting, but m... read more

Food is great, but can't eat inside the restaurant without freezing to death because it is ridiculously cold inside the restaurant. I have never been in a restaurant that is that cold. Not enjoyable at all.

We love Dave's and were so glad when this new location opened up! The mozz sticks are 10/10 and we love the sliders too. This location was WAY TOO LOUD. The music volume was so loud and they call over the loud speaker when your order is ready but we could barely understand them. They don't have an outside eating area which is a huge bummer. I think if we go back, we will get our food to go.

Food is hot and fresh! Service was one of the best I've seen and any fast casual restaurant. We'll definitely be back.

My wife and I had always wanted to try this place and stopped by for dinner one night. We really enjoyed our time here. I really appreciate vegetarian options so I ordered the not chicken and my wife ordered the loaded fries hot. Our food was absolutely flavorful and delicious! The service was impeccable and we will definitely be back to try the hotter levels in the future!

Today 6/2/26 I ate at Dave's Hot chicken, the food was delicious. I was greeted and served by Catherine and Mady, they were very friendly and their customer service was excellent. Great food, friendly atmosphere, and quick service!

By far my favorite chicken restaurant to come to. Not only is the food good. But the hospitality and energy of this place is amazing. Good food, good energy you cannot go wrong.

Ruined my food and my day I can't eat super hot stuff because of a medical issue right now and I wanted a mild sandwich. They gave me a hot sandwich and when I brought the issue up they offered me a no spice sandwich. I ordered a mild so I want a mild so i'm not impressed with dave's at all.
