David and his staff were extremely responsive and helpful at every step of the process. I'm very appreciative of their professionalism and guidance, including multiple state/local tax issues and a correction on my W2. The process was seamless even while being entirely remote. Individual Tax Prep - Working with David an absolute breeze. The biggest and best quality was the flexibility. At first we wanted him to review our taxes from a previous year, but it turned out we didn't need that. He was super flexible and allowed us to use our deposit on our 2020 taxes. The work was done super fast, he was incredibly responsive on both Thumbtack and over email, overall it was a great experience and we'll be using David going forward.
It's been so easy to work with David. I had a complex 3 part return for 2019, and a much simpler return for 2020. Both times, he made sure I understood everything, and all work was done very quickly. I though a needed a local tax preparer, but working with David remotely has been excellent.
David did a great job and was very responsive. I will be working with him again in the future.
Very professional, felt really taken care of, everything electronically delivered like it should be in the 21st century (my previous accountant was very old school. I will return for my returns every year! :)
