David was incredibly insightful on every single aspect of the transaction. We are first time home buyers. Every time we had a question, within minutes, David would call and make sure to clear everything up so there’s no confusion and everyone’s on the same page. He knows his stuff, doesn’t make you feel dumb (we had a lot of dumb questions!), and seemed genuinely happy to help us. We would recommend David 100/100 times over anyone else.

David is highly professional, dedicated to serving the customer at the highest level, and extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with David and his team. In general, the transaction went very smoothly. When problems did arise, David was quick to respond and get things back on track. David will be my first call the next time I need a mortgage and he is the only mortgage broker that I will refer my friends and family to.

I have been through this process a half a dozen times or more to buy or refinanc a home but never for the reason of divorce. The process seemed so much easier I'm sure there was no more or less paperwork to do. There just seem to be a little something more then just the business side from David Boliard. He was recommended to me by a close friend and knowing her I can understand why he is in her circle of Friends. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
