I was not informed of some last-minute things that were going to happen prior to closing, funding and recording for my purchase and taking possession of the house. 1. A document that I found out that needed to be filled out before closing documents could be made, just a few minutes before I was told I should have been closing. The closing did not occur that evening . I took the next morning off of work ( I start at 7 am) because I was assured that the closing would take place by 8-830 the next morning.
