Why is it that you would schedule an appointment for me, call me every day to make sure I’m coming and then the day of you call me and say your not taking new patients. Very poor office staff very poor doctor. I’m relieved I didn’t get the appointme,
Needs to better listen to concerns more of patient or parent.
The wait time is ridiculous and the office staff is so unhelpful. I was not told of the new address and I waited on hold for 15 minutes before anyone answered the phone. When I scheduled the appointment with Dr. Cope the person that answered the phone was very very rude. We have been patients with the family practice for a very long time but I will be transferring to a new doctor. The customer service is getting really really bad.
