This is my third property with David, and he always bats it out of the park. I've seen him work magic when rates were awesome, I've seen him work magic when rates were high, and I've seen him work magic when there was no time to spare and the clock ticking. He really takes the load off the buyer with his experience, broad-spectrum of lenders, and friendly demeanor. I will never look anywhere else.
