Everything. He was there for me if I didn't understand something he explained it to me and he made the whole process really easy. He didn't just deal with me he dealt with my whole family and he was great with me and them. He was great at explaining things, patient with our kids, and always communicated above and beyond when anything came up. His hours were flexible in order to sign papers, he took a lot of responsibility on with making sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner and he was always professional and polite when calling and leaving messages
