This was a tough file but David was persistent and never gave up. He kept in communication throughout and was always easy to reach. Most lenders would have given up on this deal, but even though it was far from a million dollar transaction, he worked it like it was.

The best part of my experience with Mr. Henriquez was in the comfort and confidence I had knowing that we would stay in communication. Far too often, it feels like loan officers have priorities above and beyond the concerns of a single applicant and I've gone days--even weeks--without hearing any updates from a loan officer.
