Overall, Hampden Dental has been a great dental facility for me. My appointments tend to be pretty quick since I've been pretty good at maintaining dental hygiene. I can't speak for those that have had to have more invasive work done. The assistants are all friendly and I haven't had any issues with painful cleanings or unnecessary recommendations to get something fixed or try a certain product. As always, it was good. Anna is the best! Dr. Edlund is knowledgeable and precise. We trust them completely!
My original appointment time was changed by a half hour and I was not aware of it until I arrived. This was partly me fault, as the reminder notification did give me the changed time. May I suggest that if the time changes, an additional notification stating that it is a CHANGE OF TIME would be appreciated. You still get 5 stars. 👍🏼
