Professional, friendly and efficient. I think that the scheduling software that the clinic chain uses is primitive and full of bugs. The online check-in has never worked efficiently or me. It refuses to take my updates and is still showing an expired insurance for me. The on-line check-in repeatedly asks me to reinter the same data. I've learned to ignore it.
