I have gone to Dr Dowsett for 18 years. I trust him without reservation to do what’s necessary for my dental health. He provides options with pros and cons and involves me in my health choices. He is a perfectionist, and on one occasion, he was unhappy with the way a crown fit in my mouth and had a new one made. Many dentists would have called it ‘good enough’ and I wouldn’t have known the difference but he was concerned that I could develop gum disease due to food getting stuck between my teeth. Dr. Dowsett and his staff always make me feel very welcome, they answer all my questions and have helped me with this long journey... I have my smile back and if I have any trouble with my dentures they get me right in to take care of me... Highly Recommend!
I love this dentist office. everyone is so great there. they have made my dental visit feel very safe during these times. Dr Dowsett is the best and Karen takes great care of my teeth. Judy always has a smile. you may not be able to see it but you can tell in her eyes. they light up when you walk in the door. Also kudos to Kim, the dental assistant and Kim thr office manager. highly recommend this office.

Going to the dentist is extremely anxiety-inducing. No place is perfect, but I drive 19+ miles to go here because Dr. Dowsett is understanding, experienced, reasonable and competent. Good luck finding any other dentist with those four attributes. I have tried other dentists (because nobody wants to drive almost 20 miles to see a dentist), and while many are great, they all lack some quality that I'm willing to sacrifice for a shorter drive. It's really the only dental office where I feel safe.

I have total confidence in Dr. Dowsett and his excellent staff...we've been going to his practice since he started many years ago, and I am always impressed with how consistently thorough and careful they are and how they are concerned to get everything right. They really do CARE about their patients' health and comfort, and are always extremely helpful with any problem or question. Their safety measures during these days inspire full confidence.
