I recently described Dr. Dykes to someone as "the most precious gentle angel" in reference to root canal procedures he performed on me. He is very conscious of the comfort of his patients and (especially for nervous question-askers like myself) very good to talk through procedure as he goes, making what could be a nerve-wracking experience into a pleasant and calm one.
