It seemed like David did not have a clear understanding that I would not be present for closing, as I am military overseas, and then he was not very helpful with advice for closing, other than advising me to pay an attorney $150 to sign my paperwork for me. There was also some confusion on the closing date, but I never really got information from him on that. It seems like he is not experienced with helping military overseas, and that was frustrating for me.
