Stress levels maintained for days at a time with repetitive documentation requests, signatures, etc. Lender and title company don’t appear to be on the same page. Delayed closing dates, dates pushed forward, sitting two hours in a title office for no reason, etc. Process was a refi, should have been a simple, no stress, one time and done process.
